Second edition, from 25 to 27 November 2025 in Vientiane, with a policy dialogue on the 24th. It brought together 245 people from 23 countries and 114 organisations and ended with a joint declaration signed by 28 organisations. It was organised by the Lao Ministry of Agriculture and Environment and the LICA initiative with CIRAD, GRET, FAO and the ASSET project, among others.
