The venue of the Fanglao company ("listen to Laos"), founded in Vientiane in 2013 and presented as the country's first collective creating and teaching dance between traditional forms, hip hop and contemporary work. Since 2015 it has hosted training, workshops, performances and residencies, and in November 2024 Birth Spaces, a piece on childbirth in rural Laos made with researchers, premiered there. It matters as an independent cultural space with ongoing training, though everything published comes from foreign festivals and partners.
