About 22,400 m² under an elevated expressway, on land once occupied by five communities that the road split apart, turned into sports fields and a meeting ground. In workshops residents chose the sports and uses; during construction they planted and painted, and today a joint committee of community representatives and officials runs it. It won a national landscape award in 2019. As a royal initiative project, independent public assessment of it is limited in Thailand, and that should be kept in mind.
