Chao Phraya Sky Park สวนลอยฟ้าเจ้าพระยา
Bangkok (Khlong San y Phra Nakhon) · Bangkok · Thailand
A linear park of about 280 metres opened in 2020 on the central span of a rail viaduct left abandoned for some thirty years after the Lavalin project collapsed. It crosses the Chao Phraya on foot and links the historic centre with the Kudichin neighbourhood. The UddC centre coordinated the agencies and held consultations with the local alliance of home, temple and school; the name came from a public contest. It reuses a failed infrastructure, with real but limited participation.
