Civic labs and participation2010 / 2019

The national network of Lao associations, with 94 members according to its website. It began in 2010 as the Learning House for Development, and in 2019 the Ministry of Home Affairs endorsed it as the committee representing civil society organisations. It has a committee elected in assembly and seven sectors, and its public face is five civil society fairs since 2023. It is the associations' main space for self-organisation and also the channel through which the state recognises and supervises them; it relies almost entirely on foreign cooperation.
