Jhai Coffee Farmers Cooperative (JCFC)
Paksong · South · Laos
A cooperative of coffee-growing families from several Paksong villages that exports fair-trade arabica, with pulping in community machines and shared quality control. It is cited as a school of cooperative management: in early 2025 it explained its emergency funds and cheap loans at a CARE workshop in Sekong. Its website no longer responds and member figures vary by source (over 500 families in 2007): its size and governance remain to be confirmed.
