A network of small district FM stations, born in Khoun, that broadcast programmes on farming, health or migration in Lao and local languages, made by young volunteers. UNDP presents it as a channel for ethnic communities to voice opinions and take part in local planning; the state agency KPL justified upgrading the Nakai station in 2020 by its role as a "sharp mouthpiece of the Party". It relies on donors and dam companies, and there is no data after December 2021.
