Eighteenth assembly, 27 to 28 November 2025 at IMPACT Forum, under the theme "New economy, sustainable health". Over 2,000 participants adopted five resolutions by consensus: the longevity economy, a health system facing geopolitical volatility, a just energy transition through solar power, managing compound crises and mechanisms for local sustainable development. They go to the national commission and the cabinet, which decides whether to apply them.
