State-run contemporary art biennale that moves to a different province each edition: Krabi (2018), Nakhon Ratchasima (2021), Chiang Rai (2023), Phuket (2025) and Rayong (2027). Each edition runs for about five months and places works in temples, civic buildings, former industrial sites and landscapes, often with artists from the region. Tension: it is run by the Ministry of Culture with an explicit cultural tourism and economic impact agenda, and the choice of host follows the government strategy for each province.
