Biennial national gathering of French third places, run by the public interest grouping France Tiers-Lieux with the State, ANCT and the Association Nationale des Tiers-Lieux. It had two editions: Metz 2022 (Bliiida, over 1,000 participants) and Toulouse 2024 (Halles de la Cartoucherie, 1,030 participants from 300 third places). There was no 2026 edition: the grouping's assembly voted its dissolution on 29 June 2026, effective 31 August, after state funding fell from 13 million euros to at most 1.2. ANTL and the regional networks carry on but have announced no successor.
