The public interest grouping that coordinated state policy on third places, created in 2022 by the State, the ANCT and the national association. It counted more than 4,040 tiers-lieux (a third of them rural) and managed the Fabriques de Territoire and Manufactures de proximité programmes. It was dissolved on 29 June 2026 and ceased operating on 31 August, after its funding fell 90 per cent in two years, from 13 million to 1.2 million. Its map remains online with no one to maintain it.
