Second edition, already held, under the motto 'Bâtissons nos espaces citoyens': a 9:00 to 18:30 day at Césure with an opening plenary with Benoît Hamon, the ephemeral village 'Tiersville' in thematic districts, round tables and workshops on user funding, energy sobriety and audiences. Debates centred on the sector's precarity after the end of the national public policy.
