A platform that turns vacant lots and leftover land in Bangkok into small public parks together with residents: workshops, tests with models and shared management plans between community, district and other bodies. It says it has worked on more than 90 spaces. Its method has fed the BMA's policy of neighbourhood parks. Its own team names the limits: slow bureaucracy, almost no budget for participation and maintenance left to districts with few trained staff.
