Civic design collectivesCivic labs and participationhacia 2017
A collective that began around 2017 by putting up, with 4,000 baht, temporary signs listing bus routes at two stops in Bangkok's old town, where there was no information. It reached 120 stops, showed the design at Bangkok Design Week 2018 and the BMA ended up adopting the model. Today it designs signage and wayfinding with districts and public agencies, also in other cities. It is a clear case of a citizen tactic that becomes institutional, with what it gains and loses along the way.
