A social enterprise created in 2018 to regenerate Grottole, a village in the province of Matera almost emptied by emigration, by buying and refurbishing abandoned houses in the historic centre. The model combines small-scale tourist accommodation, training and cultural projects with community gatherings to decide the village's future together. It grew out of the same milieu as Casa Netural and is part of southern Italy's response to the depopulation of the aree interne.
