Plus is Aosta's youth hub, driven by the city council and the region in the former Cittadella dei Giovani, a refurbished municipal slaughterhouse. It offers workshops in art, music, sport and volunteering under the motto each one teaches another, and inherits some of the spirit of the historic Espace Populaire, a self-managed social centre of the Aosta Valley left that ran for years in the city. It combines institutional management with programming designed for young people.
