Castel Volturno (Caserta) · Campania · Italy
The first Libera Terra cooperative in Campania, created in 2010 on land and a former cheese dairy confiscated from the Casalesi clan in Castel Volturno. It organically farms around eighty hectares spread across five municipalities in the province of Caserta and produces what is known as the mozzarella of legality.
