Factory Grisù Spazio Grisù

Ferrara's former fire station, closed in 2004, was transformed from 2012 into a creative factory run by a consortium of cultural businesses that committed to refurbishing the building in exchange for using it. It houses studios, coworking space, events and cultural programming open to the neighbourhood. In 2026 a co-design process with residents and associations concluded to decide its future after the concession expired.
