A former winery of the Dentice di Frasso family, of around fifteen thousand square metres, abandoned and reclaimed since 2012 by young people from San Vito dei Normanni with support from the Apulia regional programme Bollenti Spiriti. As the initial grant was not enough for a full restoration, much of the work was done through self-build with volunteer residents. It now combines a public park, a food venue and rehearsal and workspaces, co-managed by the local association and the town council.
