A former Alstom office building beside the Saint-Denis canal, converted since 2010 into a creative centre with more than 200 artist studios and resident organisations. It combines cultural production, shared gardens by the Seine and programming open to the neighbourhood. It is part of the urban transformation of Plaine Commune, which creates tension between its alternative character and the surrounding property pressure.
