La Quincaillerie

A former hardware shop, later a community radio station, transformed into a 1,000-square-metre third place in central Guéret, run jointly with the Agglomération de Grand Guéret. It houses thirty associations, a fablab, coworking space, two citizen media outlets (local radio and television), digital training and an associative bar. It is the flagship of the Creuse departmental network of tiers-lieux, recognised as a Fabrique de Territoire since 2020.
