A former 30-hectare farm estate in the Oise forest, bought in 2017 by a citizen initiative that brought together 850 people and a crowdfunding campaign. It combines an agroecological farm, a fablab, accommodation and training around energy transition and communal rural life. It is a notable example of a rural third place born outside any institutional programme, although its continuity depends on an economy that remains fragile.
