Annual two-day gathering of the people who do citizen participation in Poland: municipal staff, NGOs, consultancies, planners and activists. Convened by Fundacja Stocznia since 2014, it moves to a different city each year (Kraków in 2024, Łódź in 2025, Toruń in 2026) with a programme built by participants: participatory budgeting, citizens' panels, consultations, youth, conflict and even a festival of failures. It draws over 300 people. Tension: it relies on project funding (EEA and Norway Grants, EU funds, foundations) and on the cooperation of the host city council.
