Thirteenth edition, at the Jordanki cultural and congress centre in Toruń, with over 300 participants and some 40 sessions on deliberation, participatory budgeting, disinformation, youth, climate and conflict, plus field visits to local processes. Part of the 'Trzymamy kurs na partycypację' project, funded by the EEA Grants Civil Society Fund.
