Four-week facilitated online course on the NALAS e-Academy, the network of local government associations in South-East Europe, on commissioning, running and following up a local citizens' assembly. It builds on the Council of Europe Congress guide and is funded through a Congress project with German support. Aimed at mayors, municipal staff, local government associations and civil society; access goes through each country's local government association.
