Labsus Labsus, Laboratorio per la sussidiarietà

The laboratory that drafted the regulation for the shared administration of beni comuni that Bologna approved in 2014 and that hundreds of Italian municipalities have since adopted. Its tool, the patto di collaborazione between residents and the town council, is the Italian legal contribution to the European debate on the commons. It publishes an annual report, but not a searchable database or an open map, which makes it hard to measure the phenomenon from outside.
