Art and territoryParticipatory urbanism2016

An international urban art festival that since 2016 has brought murals by artists from around the world to the façades of a medieval Molise village emptied by emigration, with barely three hundred residents, most of them elderly. Conceived by the Roman artist Alice Pasquini, it actively involves residents in organising each edition and has opened a permanent gallery, No Panic. It has managed to attract cultural tourism, although the village keeps losing population outside festival days.
