Arte Sella
Borgo Valsugana (Trento) · Trentino-Alto Adige · Italy
Three friends from Borgo Valsugana created an open-air contemporary art trail in 1986 in the meadows and woods of the Val di Sella, where more than three hundred international artists have left works made of stone, wood and earth that change with the seasons. The Cattedrale Vegetale, with columns of interwoven branches twelve metres tall, is its best-known work. It is a world reference for art and territory with almost forty years of history.
