A former hayloft of the Jeanne d'Arc care home for older people in Vico, refurbished since 2021 as a third place open to the whole village, winner of the national call 'Un tiers-lieu dans mon Ehpad'. Families, children and older residents share a wood-fired oven, a fountain, cultural workshops and a therapeutic farm with an organic garden next to the care home. It was officially opened in November 2023 as a Fabrique de Territoire, an unusual case of a rural third place born inside a care home for older people.
