Transnational festival of art, politics and activism organised by European Alternatives, an organisation working for democracy and equality beyond the nation state. In 2012 it ran in fourteen cities at once; now it settles in a different city each time, with debates, assemblies, performances and screenings, almost all free. It brings together democracy, commons and culture with grassroots groups from across Europe. Tension: it is an activist festival with an explicit feminist line, made more for the activist network than for dialogue with institutions.
