The main national gathering of the Polish third sector, held in Warsaw since 1996 and organised since 2014 by the OFOP federation of NGOs. It mixes debates, workshops and a support fair, with public administration and business present; in 2024 it adopted a document on civic space in the European Union. Irregular rhythm: triennial until 2017, it returned in 2024 and held its tenth edition in October 2026. Tension: the programme centres on NGOs' relations with government and on their funding more than on grassroots practice.
