Gathering of Rede Co-Habitar, the network of Portuguese housing cooperatives in collective ownership, on how to take housing out of speculation. The third edition (Évora, March 2025) combined debates on partnerships with public bodies, access to public land and buildings and contributions from research, presentations of ongoing cooperatives, a workshop on attracting people and money to collective ownership, and a visit to cost-controlled housing estates. It has no fixed frequency; it is mostly useful for people starting or studying a housing cooperative.
