Art festival of Omachi city at the foot of the Northern Alps (Nagano), held three times (2017, 2020-21 and 2024) across five zones: town centre, dam area, water sources, the Nishina lakes and the eastern mountains. It uses art to revalue a shrinking mountain municipality, with local volunteers. The organisers have announced that the next edition will take place in early summer 2029, so there is nothing in 2026 or 2027.
