Annual one-day meeting of the German citizen participation network (until recently Netzwerk Bürgerbeteiligung), initiated by the Stiftung Mitarbeit, which turned fifteen in 2026. In May or June it gathers around ninety network members in Cologne to discuss the state of participation and its role in a more resilient democracy. Small and practical, more network than showcase; the tension is that it fills up quickly and the website does not say whether it is open to people outside the network.
