Annual Mozilla Foundation festival on an open internet and technology that serves people. Since 2025 it has been in Barcelona, where a council agreement keeps it until 2027 within Barcelona Open Tech Week, alongside Decidim Fest. It brings together activists, technologists, journalists, researchers and artists in participatory sessions on data, digital rights and AI. Borderline case: it is not a citizen participation meeting, it is convened by a foundation linked to a tech company, and the city uses it to promote itself as a tech capital.
