Latvia's conversation festival, organised since 2015 by the DOTS foundation (Fonds atvērtai sabiedrībai DOTS) in the castle parks of Cēsis in early July. Free and open, with over two hundred events in Latvian, English and Russian and streaming to libraries and cultural centres across the country. An interesting case of a democracy festival with strong work on accessibility and linguistic inclusion.
