Annual spring gathering of the Czech Healthy Cities network, an association of municipalities and regions known for its open public forums, youth forums and perception maps. It moves between cities (Liberec in 2025, Litoměřice in 2026) and combines a conference open to public bodies and partner organisations with a members-only school; in 2026 it included a participation fair with advice stands. It is institutional: the audience is mostly municipal staff and participation shares the bill with health, housing or energy.
