Annual day organised by the Emilia-Romagna Region, in January in Bologna, to discuss how participatory democracy is changing and the role of territories. It gathers local administrators, civic networks, third sector and experts, with plenaries and working groups by municipality size. It is the meeting point of one of the Italian regions with its own participation law and funding calls; its reach is regional and strongly institutional.
