Emilia-Romagna regional forum on culture-based urban regeneration, driven by ART-ER (the Region's agency) in collaboration with Lo Stato dei Luoghi. Since 2025 it runs free sessions in reactivated spaces across the region (Apennines, Ravenna, Parma) on temporary uses, economic sustainability and cooperation with research. It targets cultural space managers and municipal officers; its reach is regional and depends on the Region's programme.
