Biennial forum of the Spanish Ministry of Housing and Urban Agenda, coordinated with OnCities2030, to exchange experiences on implementing the Spanish Urban Agenda. Each edition changes city (Seville 2021, Granada 2023, A Coruña 2025) and gathers public bodies, universities and professionals. It is an institutional space, useful for learning about policies and funding; citizen participation appears as a topic, not as the forum's own method.
