International art festival in the forested north of Okayama Prefecture, with twelve participating municipalities (Tsuyama, Takahashi, Niimi, Maniwa, Nagi, Nishiawakura and others). The first edition ran in autumn 2024 and the second is set for 2027 under the concept Prototopia, linking technology, agriculture, welfare and education. Driven by the prefecture as a counter-depopulation strategy; how much community rooting it achieves beyond the tourist showcase remains to be seen.
