Long-term campaign to give rural Europeans a voice, culminating in a travelling assembly (Candás 2019, Kielce 2022, Inverurie 2025), in principle biennial with a mid-term meeting. It is run by ERCA, PREPARE, ELARD and, since 2025, Rural Youth Europe. Delegates from rural movements, LEADER groups and associations from almost forty countries join field visits and workshops and adopt a declaration that is taken to Brussels. Tension: the rhythm has stretched to three years and the declarations' influence is hard to measure.
