Annual meeting of the Spanish Ministry of Culture's Cultura y Ciudadanía programme, touring (Santiago de Compostela 2024, Barcelona 2025), on community culture, cultural rights, citizen labs and territory. It gathers cultural agents, collectives, public bodies and researchers, with an open call for projects. It is the national event closest to civic design from the cultural field; it depends on the ministry's agenda and on each government.
