Parliament of Estonia's villages, convened since 1996 by the village movement Kodukant and held every two years in a different county, almost always in summer. It brings together around three hundred rural community leaders with county delegations, local government representatives and rural development workers to debate the future of the Estonian countryside. At the 16th edition (August 2026, Ida-Virumaa) the working sessions were spread across fourteen communities in the county.
