Annual conference of the association of Scotland's development trusts, community organisations that own and run buildings, land and businesses to regenerate their town or neighbourhood. Two days of case studies, workshops and study visits on finance, community shares, governance and asset management, with exhibitors. It is aimed at its members (including groups aspiring to join), intermediaries and local authorities; in 2025 it gathered 321 people from 173 organisations and gave bursaries to 18 groups. The website does not publish prices.
