Touring festival on urban regeneration promoted by the builders' association ANCE, Mecenate 90 and CIDAC, with stages in mid-sized cities and a closing event in Rome in December (2023 and 2024). It presents public and private projects transforming neighbourhoods and buildings. It offers a window on Italy's regeneration agenda; its main promoter is the construction sector, so it works more as a showcase of operations than as a participation space.
