Ninth global summit of the Open Government Partnership, hosted by the Government of Spain in Vitoria-Gasteiz right after its co-chairmanship of the partnership. According to OGP it gathered more than 2,000 representatives of governments, civil society and policy makers. A meeting of governments and large organisations, useful to see which transparency and participation commitments are negotiated, with the usual gap between what is signed and what is delivered.
